Here is our our Ku-ring-gai Property Update for Monday 18th June 2018. Once again the numbers are fairly flat this week with local auction clearance rates reported in the 51-61% range. Despite the subdued statistics, we had a standout open for inspection on the weekend in Wahroonga with over 30 groups in attendance and solid numbers at other opens with several contracts issued and offers received. Although feedback suggests there is less urgency in the market, buyers still seem willing to make a commitment for the right property and homes in prime locations can still draw a big crowd.
