Here is our Ku-ring-gai property update for Monday 9th July 2018. Fewer new properties on the market this week and hence a slight fall in stock numbers, but some good sales results despite subdued clearance rate numbers. We are looking forward to offering some great new listings in the next couple of weeks and expect a jump in activity on both the buyer and seller side as the school holidays end.
