Discerning Buyers seek established Apartments and Townhouses in Winter market

Despite the seeming abundance of new apartments on the North Shore there remains a strong demand for established quality buildings.

In recent months, our Luschwitz Sales Team have witnessed a steady stream of buyers seeking 2+ bedroom apartments and townhouses in quality, established buildings throughout the North Shore. This demand has primarily come from owner-occupiers who are willing to pay a premium for location, quality construction and a proven, well managed strata plan, perhaps looking to avoid the potential surpises of an off the plan purchase. Interestingly, a majority of our recent apartment and townhouse sales have been garden / ground floor with level access to street and often in close proximity to shops and transport.
