I have felt like a broken record in recent weeks (low turnover, low stock levels and subdued clearance rates again in today's update), but I am still confident things will change in the weeks ahead. If you are looking to buy then rest assured there are more properties coming to the market - I know we have some great listings in the pipeline across a variety of price ranges that we can't wait to get started marketing. For those considering selling, we are still seeing good turnout at opens and deals are still coming together, just be prepared to be a little more patient as the average time on market gets longer.
