Here is our Ku-ring-gai Property Update For Monday 20th August 2018. Some momentum seeming to build this week - some good sales and stock coming to the market - and this was reflected in the attitude of buyers at opens on the weekend. This coming Saturday we will be running the auction for 45 Lofberg Road, Pymble - 45lofbergroad.com - on-site at 2:15pm. This is the property I mentioned a few weeks ago that is being sold under instructions from the mortgagee. We have had a great response to the marketing of this home with a large turnout to open homes and a number of parties expressing serious interest in the property. The auction should provide good insight into the prevailing attitude of the market as, although the house is in need of work, it sits on a fantastic block of land in a sought after location and offers wonderful potential. We expect prospective purchasers will see how undercapitalised the property is and take a positive attitude to the future growth in the area, with this being reflected in the auction result.
