Jacqui and Josh have recently achieved the sale of our home at 122 Carrington Road, Wahroonga. To say that we are both delighted with the price that they obtained would be an understatement. The building is an example of upper north shore single storey 1960s design, which is not now popular in the locality and is being replaced by much larger buildings of two storey construction. Many of these have been erected in Carrington Road and nearby streets. Redevelopment of the site will be restricted by very tall Turpentine trees, several of which are close to the existing building. The local Council has a policy of preserving these trees because they are the remnant of an old forest and part of a wildlife corridor. These factors would have affected the prices offered by prospective purchasers. As nobody asked for access to obtain a building report, we assume that probably all prospective buyers would have intended to demolish the house and rebuild. Despite these factors, and that the land was a quarter acre block, we are not aware of any comparable price being achieved in our part of Wahroonga. Apart from achieving a great price, we were both very impressed with the professionalism and faultless way Jacqui and Josh handled our marketing, negotiations and sale. They are excellent communicators and always acted in a timely and efficient way as our agents. Their team presented the home as well as could possibly have been done. We have had no hesitation in recommending Jacqui and Josh to our friends and neighbours for future real estate transactions. They are a credit to your Office.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Friendly My wife and I were looking for a property and friends and relatives stumbled across a one which was represented by Jacqui. As we don't live in Sydney, we asked Jacqui to organise a viewing so that we could fly in on the day. It took only a couple of hours and we were viewing the property the next day. Jacqui showed that to have an answer all we had to do was to ask. She would try her very best to obtain the information we need within a short time. She proved to be easy to speak to and did not have any of the airs that some agents seem to have. Since our first meeting she has followed up promptly with our queries.
