Mark and Stephen have exceeded our expectations as agents at every milestone during our time working with them. 47 Greendale Ave, Pymble - This comfortable family home on Greendale Rd was marketed over a 4 week period from April to May this year. The campaign welcomed 133 inspections and of those, 21 contracts were issued. The home attracted many excited bidders with 9 registered parties set to compete on Saturday, 4th May. Predominately families and downsizers who were keen to move into the area due to the house’s ample size, proximity to schools and transport networks. This home was a delight to sell as my vendor had been an ex-neighbour of for many years,....so it terrific to sell a home I had happy memories of and been familiar with. I was able to add a personal insight to interested buyers at length, the sought after location and amenities of Pymble.
