Here is our Ku-ring-gai property update Monday 9th April 2018.
For those following the numbers you will notice a change to 'Total Active Sales Listings' which is significantly lower number than the 'Total Listings' presented the previous week. This is because we have collated listing numbers from realestate.com.au rather than rely on RPData/CoreLogic's current listings which include a number of properties that have been withdrawn from advertising.
