Our Ku-ring-gai Property Update for Monday 25th June 2018. Again I had some issues getting reliable data around new listing numbers so I haven't included those stats, but looking at the portals would suggest a quiet week, unsurprising as we approach the school holidays. We still had good numbers at opens over the weekend and strong enquiry on new listings with local clearance rates reported between 58% and 65% - well above the NSW average. The market seems to have settled somewhat and that would suggest consistent clearance rates and time on market will continue through Winter.
