Here is our Ku-ring-gai Property Update for Monday 16th July 2018. As expected this week there are low stock levels, low number of sales and a low clearance rate with Winter and school holidays combined still holding sway over the market. On a more positive note we saw some motivated and active buyers at our opens, many frustrated with the limited stock levels, and we exchanged contracts on a great block of land in Pymble after negotiations with several interested parties - land and land value properties are still in high demand. With early 'Spring market' campaigns actually starting in August we are already assisting future vendors with preparation of their properties for marketing. If you are considering selling in the latter half of 2018 now is a good time to talk to us and plan any necessary work so you can be ready when the right time comes.
